What our 365 White Glove Delivery Includes:

• White Glove delivery by trained and certified, delivery professionals

• Our delivery team is employed and bonded by Sunnyland

• Sunnyland will remove and haul away all trash from your purchase (boxes, packaging, etc.)

• Sunnyland is responsible for any damage to the product

• Sunnyland is fully insured against any damage to your property

• Three hour delivery window – we’ll notify you the night before delivery

• Completely assembled product delivered to your home

• Our delivery team will place and set up furniture where you want it

• We will come to your home for one full year at no additional charge if you purchase any additional items or if you have any warranty issues

Valid for residential customers in the DFW $149 delivery zone area. Standard delivery rates apply for commercial, contract, or hospitality accounts, and for any non-warranty related service fees including pick-ups for re-slings or umbrella repairs. Delivery fees are non-refundable and an additional delivery fee will be charged for complete orders that are returned. Special rates apply for 365 out-of-area deliveries.  See salesperson for details. 

Sunnyland's on-site staff is ready to bring your new furniture to your outdoor living room. We will deliver and set up your furniture in your backyard for a nominal fee. We deliver within the DFW area and throughout North Texas. We also deliver to areas beyond our standard delivery zones for a by-the-mile rate.

DELIVERY / PICK-UP

Since your time is valuable, our delivery department will make every effort to accommodate your needs; however, our route is planned by zip code which makes specific time requests difficult to honor.  Due to limited space on the delivery truck, please do not ask our delivery personnel to remove your unwanted items.

Also, please let us know if your residence has any of the following conditions so we can ensure we schedule the proper amount of time and resources to deliver your furniture right the first time:
• Address not searchable by GPS
• Elevators
• Gate Codes / Locked Gates
• Gated Community
• Interior Access Only to Patio
• Long distance between truck access point and patio area
• Narrow entryways
• 2nd Floor (or higher) Balcony
• Stairs

ADDITIONAL INFO ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY
• Our delivery team takes photos at each stop for delivery verification and so that your outdoor living consultant can see the final installation of your outdoor furniture.
• You do not have to be home for delivery as long as the delivery team has access to your patio.
• It is not possible to request specific delivery times due large geographic area which we cover.  Also, trucks are loaded in the order of their stops, preventing schedule changes once they are loaded.
• We are NOT able to haul off your old furniture. If your furniture is in good condition we recommend contacting the Habitat for Humanity Resale Store in your area to arrange pickup.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Please inspect all items upon delivery.  Although we inspect every item before it is loaded on our delivery truck, occasionally some items might arrive with minor imperfections.  In most instances, our service technicians can resolve these issues with a service call.  If this is necessary, our customer service rep will schedule that with you.
