Welcome to Sunnyland Outdoor Living, a family-owned business serving North Texas since 1970 and home to the largest outdoor and patio furniture store in Texas. With showrooms in Dallas and Frisco, Sunnyland offers one of the area's largest selections of quality patio furniture, outdoor dining sets, deep seating, umbrellas, fire pits, and outdoor living accessories.

Our 37,000-square-foot Dallas showroom, clearance center, and on-site distribution center are located at Spring Valley and Coit Road in North Dallas. Our Frisco showroom is conveniently located at SH 121 and Parkwood Boulevard, near Stonebriar Centre.

We carry outdoor furniture from many of the industry's leading manufacturers, with a large selection available for immediate delivery and custom-order options to fit your style and space. Whether you're furnishing a backyard patio, poolside retreat, outdoor kitchen area, or commercial property, our experienced sales and design teams are here to help. Sunnyland also offers a no-hassle return policy, umbrella repair services, and knowledgeable support before and after the sale. Both showrooms are open seven days a week.

Our 365 White Glove Delivery service takes the hassle out of getting your new furniture home. Our own delivery team brings your furniture to your patio, assembles and sets it up where you want it, and removes the packaging. For qualifying local residential deliveries, the program also includes return visits for additional purchases or warranty issues for one full year.

We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Denton, Frisco, Prosper, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, North Richland Hills, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Rockwall, Southlake, Sunnyvale, and Grapevine.
